This article introduces the equipment configuration and delivery details of the project.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client Background and Requirements<\/h2>    <p>The client, based in Canada, is engaged in the production of rubber tiles and aims to recycle used tires as raw material to produce high-purity rubber powder. The tires to be processed have diameters up to 1200mm. The client required a stable and efficient processing solution with precise powder size and purity control.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended Solution and Configuration<\/h2>    <p>After detailed communication and technical consultation, we recommended the Model 400 Fully Automatic Rubber Powder Production Line, suitable for medium-scale tire recycling projects. This system can produce rubber powder with consistent particle size and a purity of over 99%, meeting the standards required for rubber tile manufacturing.<\/p>    <p>A set of rubber powder making
