The machine is designed to process waste tires with a diameter of up to 1200mm into high-purity rubber powder, which will be used mainly for producing rubber floor tiles. Client Background and Requirements
The client, based in Canada, is engaged in the production of rubber tiles and aims to recycle used tires as raw material to produce high-purity rubber powder. The tires to be processed have diameters up to 1200mm. The client required a stable and efficient processing solution with precise powder size and purity control.
Recommended Solution and Configuration
After detailed communication and technical consultation, we recommended the Model 400 Fully Automatic Rubber Powder Production Line, suitable for medium-scale tire recycling projects. Pre-processing Stage

- Steel Wire Separator: Extracts the steel wire from the tire bead to reduce wear on downstream equipment.
Fully Automatic Rubber Powder Processing Stage
- Tire Shredder: Shreds tire blocks into smaller rubber particles.
- Rubber Powder Mill Unit (including grinding, screening, and magnetic separation): Produces rubber powder of different mesh sizes and removes residual steel wires.
- Fiber Separator: Uses airflow separation to remove nylon fibers, ensuring the final rubber powder reaches a purity of over 99%.
