- Feeding: Manually insert the OTR bead into the space between the machine’s two rollers.
- Extrusion: The rollers rotate at a set speed and apply controlled pressure to the bead.
- Steel Ring Stripping: The powerful extrusion force deforms the steel rings within the bead and physically separates them from the rubber matrix.
- Separation: Separate the steel wire ring from the rubber.
