
OTR Dismantling Machine
The OTR dismantling machine is a machine specially designed for the initial processing of large construction machinery tyres (OTR tyres). The machine efficiently breaks down the whole waste construction tyre into several parts, such as beads, treads, tops, etc., by cutting and separating them, thus facilitating subsequent shredding or recycling.
Disintegration Role and Application Range
Due to their large size and heavy structure, OTR tires cannot go straight into the shredding process. Therefore, using the OTR tire sidewall cutter to divide them into 4 to 6 structural units not only facilitates handling and stacking but also improves the efficiency and safety of subsequent crushing. This equipment is widely used in the recycling and reuse of tyres from mining, construction, and engineering vehicles.

2, Large OTR Tire Sidewall Cutting Machine(for R35-R63)
Suitable for oversized mining vehicle tires with diameters from 2100mm – 4000mm, such as R35, R49, R63 grade mining vehicle tires, with stronger disintegration capacity and more stable structure.
